RESERVATION REQUEST
Reservation requests will be answered within 24 hours. No fees will be charged before the request is accepted. A confirmation email will be sent with the instructions to proceed with the payment of the deposit.
VALIDITY OF RESERVATION AND DEPOSIT PAYMENT
The reservation is considered valid only after payment of the required deposit, equal to 30% of the total cost of the Suite in the chosen period of stay. The deposit can be paid by credit card directly online or by bank transfer.
Following receipt of the deposit, a letter of acceptance of the reservation will be sent to your e-mail address. In case of non-receipt of the deposit within 3 days of booking it will be canceled.
PAYMENT AND SECURITY DEPOSIT
The total payment of the stay must be paid in cash or by credit card upon arrival or by bank transfer the day before check-in (checks are not accepted). A security deposit of € 200.00 per Suite must also be paid at check-in. This deposit (€200) is returned within 7 days of departure after verifying the good condition of the Suite, except for damage or missing items. The details of a credit card as guarantee will also be requested.
If the damage is greater than the deposit, any adjustments will be requested.
CANCELLATION AND WITHDRAWAL
In case of cancellation of the reservation, which must necessarily be done by e-mail, we will proceed as follows:
A refund of 50% of the deposit is provided for cancellations made up to 60 days before arrival
If the cancellation occurs in the days from the 60th to the seventh day before arrival, there will be no refund of the deposit.
In case of cancellation from the seventh day before arrival to the day of check-in, payment of the full amount of the stay is required.
COVID-19 EMERGENCY CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event of impediments regarding inter-regional/national travel and / or prohibition of travel between the different "zones", issued by the anti Covid decrees, a full refund of the deposit paid is envisaged.
If the Guest is unable to leave due to being subjected to a fiduciary / mandatory / quarantine / illness isolation regime, no date changes will be allowed beyond the standard terms. We recommend that you take out travel insurance privately to cover this eventuality.
CANCELLATION OF THE STAY
In case of damage or breakdowns to the Suites or services, which cannot be repaired quickly, the stay could be canceled by us until 3 pm on the day of arrival. In these rare cases we will make a full refund of the accommodation fee paid or we will agree on a date change.
ARRIVAL, NO ARRIVAL AND EARLY DEPARTURE
Minimum stay: 2 nights.
The arrival (check-in) is expected from 16.00 to 18.00 approximately.
For arrivals after 18.00 until 20.00 a supplement of € 30.00 will be applied.
Any late arrivals must still be communicated at the time of booking.
Any arrivals after 20.00 are subject to agreement.
At check-in, identification documents of all occupants of the accommodation will be required for registration. In case of no show, the accommodation will be kept available until 10 am the following day, after which it will be considered free to rent it to third parties.
Departure (check-out) must take place by 10.00 on the day indicated as the end of the stay. The Suite must be left tidy, free from garbage, the refrigerator empty, the dishes washed and the kitchenette perfectly clean otherwise the amount of € 40.00 will be charged.
In the event that the customer anticipates his departure, with respect to the agreed term, he is not entitled in any case to any reduction in the fee, consequently he will not be able to request a refund of the amount paid. In no case is it possible to postpone check-out. This can only take place upon request, with a supplement of € 50,00 and it's only a choice of the staff of Radici Luxury B&B to grant a late check out.
RULES OF STAY
The arrival of a number of people higher than the one booked, cancels the booking of the stay with loss of the advance. During the stay it is absolutely forbidden to stay in the Suite for people other than those registered at check-in unless communicated in advance and expressly authorized by the property. Subletting is prohibited.
Guests are required to scrupulously observe the common rules relating to quiet, especially in the afternoon and at night, avoiding annoying noises and cackles. Guests undertake to take the utmost care of the Suite (walls, floors, etc.), of the domestic equipment (dishes, refrigerator, stove, etc.) and of the furnishings (furniture, beds, tables, etc.). Any damaged or stolen items must be compensated by the customer. Complaints about the state of the Suite and its accessories are accepted only within 24 hours after arrival.
ANIMALS
Small pets are allowed, to be indicated at the time of booking, only if previously accepted.
The pet supplement is € 50 / pet.
RESPONSIBILITY
No responsibility can be attributed to the B&B for any breakages, accidents, loss, theft, delays and problems in general that may occur.
However, Radici Luxury B&B provides its services to help solve any problems.
PRIVACY PROTECTION
The personal data provided by guests will be treated in compliance with the confidentiality obligations imposed by Legislative Decree 30 June 2003, n. 196 exclusively for purposes related to commercial relations and the fulfillment of civil, accounting and tax regulations.
The parties mutually agree that, although not expressly provided for in these general conditions, the lease is exclusively governed by the rules of the code as it is a lease stipulated to meet housing needs for tourist purposes. Pursuant to and for the purposes of Legislative Decree 196/2003, the Tenant expressly authorizes Radici Luxury B&B to keep in its archives and to use the personal data of the Customer and his companions, for the fulfillment of the obligations established by the laws in force, mailing lists and commercial communications.
ACCEPTANCE OF THE REGULATION
This regulation is fully accepted with the booking confirmation.
